THE South African Revenue Service (SARS) will be hosting several free tax education classes at their Alberton Branch (49 New Quay Road, New Redruth) during this month, May and June. Everyone is welcome to attend.
SARS emphasises that all attendees must arrive 30 minutes before the workshop starts to allow time for registration. ALL classes start at 9:00 and finish at 11:00.
The dates of the classes are as follows:
- Income Tax Basic – 06 April
- Income Tax Intermediate – 20 April
- Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Basic – 04 May
- Employment Tax Incentive Scheme (ETI) – 11 May
- E@syfile Employer – 18 May
- Tax Compliance Status – 25 May
- Travel Allowance – 01 June
- Medical Tax Credits – 08 June
- e-Filing Individuals – 22 June
