Two arrests during joint operation

Two suspects were charged with house break-in and theft.

MONDEOR SAPS and JMPD held a joint operation on March 17 as part of their efforts to curb crime in the Mondeor policing precinct.

SUSPECT: One of the men arrested.

During the operation, the members received information about a house breaking in Toer Street, Naturena, to which they responded. The suspects had loaded stolen goods into a bakkie and were pursued to Freedom Park where they were found in possession of the stolen items.

CAUGHT: One of the suspects.

According to Mondeor SAPS communications officer Captain Nokulunga Dube, two males, aged 45 and 34, were charged with house break-in and theft in connection with this incident.

FOUND: Some of the stolen goods which were recovered.
