Seniors on the Go enjoy breakfast treat

“We realised last year how much these breakfasts and talks each month are enjoyed by the seniors who come along. Not only is it an informational morning but a time for them to socialise and make new friends,” said Michelle Pelser (Community Policing Forum Mondeor SAPS Sector 2).

COMMUNITY Policing Forum Mondeor SAPS Sector 2, along with Golden Falls Spur Columbine Square, Dis-Chem Mondeor and Sasol Service Station Columbine Avenue, held the first breakfast of 2017 for Seniors on the Go.

“We realised last year how much these breakfasts and talks each month are enjoyed by the seniors who come along. Not only is it an informative morning, but a time for them to socialise and make new friends,” said Michelle Pelser (Community Policing Forum Mondeor SAPS Sector 2).

Pretash Jivan from Dis-Chem spoke about Himalaya Drug Company (Vital Pharmaceuticals), which has recently entered the South African market. “They’ve been in the pharmaceutical industry for 86 years and their footprint extends to 60 countries worldwide,” Jivan added.

If you are a senior citizen and interested in attending these breakfasts, please phone Michelle Pelser on 084 292 9144 for the next date.
