Another accident in Mondeor
Five children, aged between three and five, and a woman sustained injuries.

SIX people, including five children, were injured earlier this morning (Wednesday, January 25) when two taxis and a light motor vehicle were involved in an accident in Columbine Avenue, Mondeor.
ER24 paramedics were stocking their vehicles at their branch when they heard the loud crash, just a few metres up the road.

The paramedics found that two taxis and a light motor vehicle had collided. Several people were found walking around on the scene while others were seated in their vehicles.
According to ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring paramedics assessed the patients and found that five children, aged between three and five, and a woman had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were treated on the scene and then transported to the South Rand and Lesedi hospitals for further treatment.
Local authorities were on the scene to conduct further investigations.
