I am asking residents of the South to please assist me in locating my missing parrot, Kentucky, who went missing on Thursday, December 8.
While I was feeding my dear Kentucky, something frightened him and he flew out my front door and has been missing since. This is not just a pet to me, but more like my child. He’s a life companion and matters the world to me. In a place like South Hills, to be out there in this ruthless ugly world, he won’t survive.
Kentucky is a very talkative African Grey and well trained. He’s grey and has red tail feathers – his left foot has one disformed toe bent upward.
My world is so empty without him and I miss him tremendously. I want to plead with the residents of South Hills, to be on the lookout for my bird Kentucky and to re-unite us please. I’m offering a reward of R650 to the person returning Kentucky back to me.
