Kgatli is a mentor to the youth

Mentors are ordinary people who have chosen to share their life lessons with someone who could do with a little help.

SOUTH African Breweries (SAB) is constantly looking for mentors in its campaign called 18+#BeTheMentor.

The campaign, which aims to curb underage drinking, asks young adults to be mentors as the youth can more easily identify with them. Mentors are ordinary people who have chosen to share their life lessons with someone who could do with a little help.

Kgatli Hlahane from Alberton is one of the new mentors. He is passionate about youth development and founded an NGO that helps the youth in his area find bursary and scholarship opportunities.

Under the 18+#BeTheMentor campaign, Kgatli is currently mentoring his 16-year-old brother and now has the opportunity to mentor more under his NGO.

Take the opportunity and help make a difference.
