MONDEOR SAPS have confirmed that an investigation into a case of house robbery is underway following a confrontation yesterday (Monday, September 19).
“At about 07:45 a complainant was opening the garage of his Mulbarton home and was confronted by four armed males,” read the media statement.
One of the suspects forced the complainant into the house and tied him up with cables.
Communications officer Captain Nokulunga Dube, confirmed that the men ransacked the house and took a plasma television, laptop, cellphone, cash, camera and jewellery and fled in a white Mercedes Benz A Class hatchback with an unknown registration. Investigations continue.
