FOUR people were treated for injuries after a collision at the intersection of the R512 and Rietvallei Road, in Cosmos City, on the morning of September 7.
ER24 paramedics were returning from another incident when they came across this collision.
They found that one light motor vehicle had T-boned a second vehicle, in the middle of the intersection.
One woman was found lying inside her vehicle, while a man and a second woman were seated on the pavement.While paramedics were treating the patients, a third vehicle stopped on the scene. The occupant, a woman, stated that she had been involved in a collision further up the road and noticed the ER24 vehicles.
ER24 paramedics treated the woman, who had sustained minor injuries, and transported her to Life Fourways Hospital for further treatment.
The remaining patients were transported to Edenvale Provincial Hospital for further treatment.
