Great day at Aspen

As well as soccer, stall holders set up to entice the community to enjoy ‘braai vleis’, cocktails and sweet delights.

IT was fun, fun, fun at Aspen Hills Estate on Saturday, September 24 when a soccer tournament was held, which included u.13 teams, Aspen Rangers, Black Aces, Sporting and Alberview Primary School as well as u.17 teams, Sporting, Aspen Rangers, Panama and Glenvista Social team. The u.13 winner was Black Aces and runners-up Sporting, with the u.17 winner Panama and runners-up Aspen Rangers.

As well as soccer, stall holders set up to entice the community to enjoy braai vleis, cocktails and sweet delights. Other stalls sold gifts, pet products and many other things.

Andrea Scott (Aspen Hills public relations officer) said the day was a huge success, “Days such as these bring the community together, sharing in fun and socialising. Thank you to Lencar Exclusive Properties for being our main sponsor of the day. It’s always great to team up with professionals.”
