The ANC still leading in Ekurhuleni
The ANC still leads in Ekurhuleni as 74% votes have been counted.
The election results are still coming in from the IEC. Ekurhuleni has completed 74% of it’s election results with the ANC still leading on 47.96% of the votes, holding 24 seats.
The DA is still in second place with 35.32% votes and holding 15 seats.
The EFF has climbed up from 8.29% to 11.21% votes and still holding no seats.
93% votes have been counted in South Africa with the following results:
- ANC – 54.35% votes and 3854 seats.
- DA – 26.28% votes and 1113 seats.
- EFF – 7.94% votes and 372 seats.
