The Student Expo will be taking place at The Glen Shopping Centre on July 29 between 09:00 and 18:00 and on July 30 from 09:00 to 15:00.
It is designed to provide both current and prospective students with the necessary tools to succeed in finding tertiary education as well as guide them towards a suitable working career.
Targeting more than 1 000 private and upmarket government school students (LSM 8-12) as well as top university faculty students, it helps them to further their professional careers in the legal, medical, engineering, commerce and culinary arts spheres.
Prospective students can learn how to secure student loans. Graduates will be able to explore career opportunities both locally and internationally.
Graduates will have the opportunity to meet the top graduate recruitment companies in South Africa.
Prospective postgraduate students will be able to meet with representatives from a wide range of universities to determine which postgraduate programme best meets their needs.
Employment agencies will be available to assist postgraduate students with career choices as well as finding them their first jobs.
