THE ANC OR Tambo Branch, ward 56 in partnership with Sanco Johannesburg South Economic Development Desk wishes to invite all ward 56 community members to a consultative and information sharing community meeting to take place on Saturday, May 21 at 14:00 at Tennis Court, number 22 Lawn Street, corner Verona Street, Rosettenville.
The meeting will focus on:
1. Development projects in ward 56.
2. Available economic opportunities for unemployed and small businesses in the ward.
3. Turnaround strategy for sustainable economic participation in the local economy.
4. Intensifying security to alleviate crime levels in protection of the residents against ruthless criminals terrorising our communities.
5. Dilapidated state of some of the inaccessible public facilities in the community.
This important progressive gathering will be graced by the presence of Members of the City of Johannesburg Mayoral Committee, law enforcement agents, leaders and forums of the foreign nationals and religious leaders, in an attempt to assist in collectively tackling and addressing the ills the community is confronted with.
