With foam almost reaching the roof, the Grade Eight learners of 2016 had a blast dancing to the music with friends all covered in foam.

President High School has a tradition of hosting a concert that helps Grade Eight learners feel at ease at the start of a new year and new term. Due to time constraints the educators decided to throw the learners a foam party, with no other grades allowed.

The school acknowledges that starting Grade Eight can be very scary and nerve-racking. Getting used to the environment, the new classes and trying to remember which teacher is which and avoiding getting into trouble, making new friends and finding your feet is not easy, and the party was aimed at welcoming the learners.
