Self-defence class for women

On Saturday October 31, a self-defence class for women was held at Harvest Christian School, Mulbarton, organised by Mondeor CPF Sector one.

MULBARTON – “The purpose of the classes which have been held on different Saturdays at difference venues, is to teach women how to defend themselves in a dangerous situation,” said Hennie Bouwer, who is one of the coordinators of the classes.

“Often women find they are unable to help themselves when they are attacked and suffer the consequences. These classes can help prepare you to fight back,” added Michelle Pelser (Mondeor CPF).

On Saturday November 14 at 09:00 to 13:30, a self-defence class for women will be held at Dalmondeor Primary School. Please don’t delay in booking as there’s only place for 100 women. If you are interested please phone Cindy Morujao on 082 444 6260.

Next year there will be more self-defence classes held.
