Sunil Singh wins roulette championship

After an intense round of Roulette Knockout, the top seven winners from the semi-final were announced

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – The stakes and tension were high on Saturday, October 24, during the culmination of Tsogo Sun’s second Roulette Knockout Gauteng Series Championship, held at Silverstar Casino.

Thirty roulette champs from Montecasino, Gold Reef Casino and Silverstar Casino came to the premier entertainment destination on the West Rand to try and win a piece of the R1 136 600 in the semi-finals and finals prize pool.

After an intense round of Roulette Knockout, the top seven winners from the semi-final were announced. They then headed to a private room where they faced-off in the final for the chance of winning the first prize, which was R500 000. The rest of the players shared the remaining R636 600.

The afternoon ended with Sunil Singh, from Silverstar Casino, being announced as the overall winner amidst a shower of gold at the casino.

“The tournament was a great success again this year. Because this tournament is extended across three of our major casinos, the prize pool is higher than normal and the competition is more intense, bringing an added element of excitement to gaming at Tsogo Sun,” says Steve Hight, director of gaming for Tsogo Sun.

As with all Tsogo Sun’s gaming tournaments, the Roulette Knockout Gauteng Series Championship is aimed at providing great entertainment and memorable experiences for guests.

Whether you too want to be a winner or if you simply want a way to entertain the whole family, Silverstar offers it all within a magnificent setting.
