JOHANNESBURG – The new Miss SA is Ziphozakhe Zokufa, taking over from Rolene Strauss, who was crowned Miss World in London on December 13.
According to EWN, organisers of Miss South Africa said the crowning of the new Miss SA, Ziphozakhe Zokufa, will take place on December 17.
Zokufa was the first runne- up in the competition with Strauss, and has taken the reigns from Rolene Strauss.
Miss South Africa spokesperson Claudia Henkel says Zokufa has taken over the reins and duties of the outgoing Miss South Africa at a glitzy event in Sandton.
“We are honoured and proud to announce that the new Miss South Africa, Ziphozakhe Zokufa, will be crowned at the Maslow Hotel.”
The new Miss SA will hold the title until the new 2015 Miss South Africa has been chosen in March next year. Zokufa is representing the country at the Miss Universe pageant in Miami, Florida next month.
