With all the complaints about bad service and especially past complaints about the SA postal services, I felt that I had to let you and the other readers in our area know that the Glenvista Post Office and the SA Postal Services exceeded all my expectations not once, but twice in that I posted a parcel to my daughter who lives in Los Angeles, USA, on Thursday 5 December 2013 and she received the parcel exactly one week later on Thursday 12 December 2013.
This is the second time that I have sent a parcel to her and the previous time it took just 10 days, so it is not just a once off. I always use the Glenvista Post Office, as they are pleasant and extremely efficient.
