A gift to shoppers from The Glen

OAKDENE – Parents shopping at The Glen Shopping Centre received a special gift from the centre’s management when a play area for their children was set up for the convenience of the parents while shopping as well as the enjoyment of their young ones.

More than three caregivers were hired to assist parents at the Christmas play zone which was located just below the cinema. Parents were invited to bring children under 10 years old from 10:00 to play while they got a rest from all the Christmas shopping.

Colouring books, face painting and cookie decorating were some of the fun activities available.

It did not take long before parents and children joined in the fun.
