BASSONIA: Motorists driving up Comaro Street this morning, November 14, had to negotiate rocks and debris which had been swept down the road last night in the storm.
The CHRONICLE received a phone call at 05:20 informing of the rocks on the road.
One motorist said, “I drive up Comaro Street every morning at 05:30 and have quite often seen soil and debris on the road after heavy rain but never rocks as big as this! Vehicles with low suspension will have to be extra careful this morning.”
According to News reports this morning, many roads have been affected by rocks and debris being washed into roads after last night’s storm.
Motorists are advised to take extra caution when driving to work.
