A TEAM from Thornbirds Conference and Wedding Centre went along to Lerato Education Centre in Jackson’s Drift informal settlement to dish out porridge, which is a fortified food with all the nutrients and vitamins needed for growing children and adults.
“This porridge can feed a child for only R3 per day,” said Gina Athans from Thornbirds and CEO and founder of Holanathi. The team assisted with handing out the porridge and spending time with the children.
