“We are knitting fingerless gloves, scarves and blankets for 700 children in Jackson’s Drift and use chunky wool and size five knitting needles.”

WINTER is here and the 700 plus children in Jackson’s Drift Informal Settlement are feeling the cold. With this in mind, Rietvlei Zoo Farm has begun organising knitting and crochet lessons.
