Strong lifts for Pit Bull Powerlifters

PIT Bull Powerlifters made their presence felt in both the Gauteng Powerlifting Championship and the Gauteng Strict Arm Curl Federation Championship, recently held at the Black Eagle Boutique Hotel and Conference Venue in Roodepoort.

Club members achieved these results:

Hendrik Burger: First 105kg division powerlifting, first 105kg division strict arm curl and best male arm curl.

Kobus Bester: First 83kg division powerlifting, best male powerlifter of the day, first 83kg arm curl and qualified for South African Equipped Powerlifting Championship.

Elf Maartens: First 74kg division strict arm curl.

Martin Nel: First place strict arm curl contest.

Colin du Bruyn (trainer): First place 105kg division strict arm curl contest.
