Yet another truck accident on N12
A Johannesburg south motorist escapes death as truck crashes near Kliprivier off-ramp.
N12 – It was reported by the Glenvista Community (Policing) Forum that another accident occurred on the N12 on October 22.
“This time at/ near Kliprivier (Drive) off ramp westbound. ER 24 paramedics (were) on scene. Apparently (the truck) drove right over the centre armco barrier but did not hit any traffic,” reported the Glenvista Community (Policing) Forum.
Shale Mylchreest said on Glenvista Community Forum’s Facebook Page “Almost drove right over me, came speeding past the front of my car…”
A Facebook friend of the Glenvista Community Forum commented “Sounded terrible and what a cloud of dust, thank goodness he never hit any other cars, he hit the barrier and crossed right over hit the embankment and through the wall of someone’s home.”
Another Facebook comment read “Crazy! All trucks and busses should have a GPS tracking system with real time monitoring so the police can be proactive when the driver is speeding.”
