Dis-Chem Mondeor brings a smile to the elderly
Elderly residents were treated to a Christmas Brunch which was made possible by Dis-Chem Mondeor and Meals-on-Wheels.
SOUTH HILLS – Dis-Chem Mondeor, in partnership with Meals on Wheels Caregiving services, held a Christmas brunch for the elderly from Bellavista, Glenesk and Swinburne Old Age Homes on Thursday November 21.
“Dis-Chem and their reps went out of their way to ensure that the elderly were in for a treat with good food, to gift hampers, checking their blood pressure and sugar levels as well as giving advice on the latest products which would best benefit them.
“It was a high day for them and one that will always be remembered and appreciated.”
“On behalf of the residents of Bellavista, Glenesk and Swinburne Old Age Homes we would like to say a huge thank you! You truly brought that sunshine to our lives,” said Vicky Sepp.
