Art lovers came together to see the superb work of local artists.

LINMEYER: ART enthusiasts enjoyed the diverse art and ceramic pieces at the opening of Reflections Art Exhibition, on Friday evening November 8, held at Marist Brothers Linmeyer.

Organiser, Dina Correia, was delighted with the response and thanked everyone for attending. “This has become an annual art festival held here at Marist Brothers Linmeyer. The art is definitely becoming better and better each year, as the sales have already depicted,” she said.

Introducing Gary Norton, principal of the school, Dina thanked him for hosting the exhibition annually at the school. “It’s always our pleasure to host the art exhibition and I see this year the art is of a very standard. Thank you for coming along to support the artists. A percentage of the funds raised will benefit Lerato Educational Centre,” he said.
