KEMPTON PARK – Tommy Oosthuizen and Hekkie Budler are ready for the onslaught coming from Argentina fighters.
Oosthuizen will be defending his IBO super-middleweight title against Ezequeil Maderna while Budler put his IBO minimum weight title on the line against Hugo Verchelli. Both opponents are from Argentinian.
Fighting Force boxing tournament takes place this evening, Saturday November 9 at Emperors Palace. Boxing starts at 19:30.
“I didn’t box very well in my last fight and that was the worst fight in my career. But this evening there will be a winner,” said Oosthuizen at the Press Conference on Tuesday November 5.
He is determined to be better and said that he has prepared very well.
On the other hand, Budler also said that he has done everything in the book to retain his title. “We have a good team and we did all we have in order to keep my title,” said Budler.
Two other fights are also on the cards while a third is lined up in the case of an early knock-out.
