LIEFDE EN VREDE: WARD 23 Councillor, Paul Smit, has been receiving numerous complaints about building rubble being dumped on the corner of Klipview Road and Comaro Street, Liefde en Vrede.
“I suspect Alberton residents are also playing a part in this, but it’s very difficult to pinpoint the blame on any particular person or building company.
“It looks disgusting and residents who live close by are becoming angry,” said Clr Smit.
