Jozi South Feral Cats Foundation receives food items for Mandela Day
A feral or stray cat is an unowned cat that avoids human contact. They serve in communities as caretakers of abandoned or unoccupied properties.
Collaboration between the Meyersdal Super SPAR and Pam Golding Properties Joburg South saw the Jozi South Feral Cats Foundation receiving food items for abandoned cats, the feral community and its colonies.
This was done in the spirit of Mandela Day, and a number of food items were handed over to the Jozi South Feral Cats Foundation.
The foundation traps, neuters and returns stray cats to reduce overpopulation in the Joburg south areas.
