Mark your calendars for the highly anticipated women-only martial arts seminar, The Beauty is a Beast 2023, set to take place on August 12.

This exceptional event will bring together female martial arts practitioners from various disciplines, providing a platform for skill sharing and empowerment. Whether you’re a seasoned martial artist or a newcomer, this seminar is open to all women aged 13 and above, including those with no prior experience in martial arts.

Under the guidance of esteemed female instructors, participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of martial arts styles.

The lineup of fabulous instructors includes experts in boxing, kickboxing, judo, karate (Shotokan), Krav Maga, Kung Fu, BJJ and MMA, self-defense, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, yoga, and Zumba.

With such diverse disciplines, there will be something for everyone to enjoy and learn from.

The Bracken Park Community Hall, located at 229 Hennie Alberts Street, Albertsdal (near Brackenhurst), will serve as the venue for this exciting event.

To ensure a conducive learning environment, participation will be limited to 100 women. To secure your spot, we encourage you to book early. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your skills and be part of a vibrant community.

The seminar fee is R450, which includes a full day of instruction from 08:00 to 16:15, as well as tea, lunch, and a complimentary T-shirt for those who register and pay by July 15.
