SPAR Meyersdal’s great service delights customer
Exceptional service from local store delights customer on her birthday.
I recently encountered a technical glitch while attempting to load the delivery app on my smartphone.
Frustrated, I reached out to the store, SPAR Meyersdal, and was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. I explained my issue and mentioned that I urgently needed two cakes as it was my birthday.
To my amazement, within no time and without even providing my contact number, the store contacted me back to confirm that they had the desired cakes and assured me they would be delivered.
In this day and age, it’s rare to experience such outstanding customer service. Remarkably, within just 15 minutes, one of the managers personally delivered the cakes I had requested, using his own transportation.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the management and staff for going above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Their efforts truly made my birthday memorable.
