Great Arbor Day at Ormonde Primary was celebrated as Uwais Qarni Islamic Center from Robertsham planted fruit trees at the school on September 1.
Riaz Khan and Mohammed Mian from the centre together with the learners from Grade One and R planted the trees around the school.
“We must take care of these trees because they won’t only give us fruit but shade and oxygen. They are also good for the environment,” noted Khan.
