THE management of The Glen Shopping Centre regrets to confirm an armed robbery took place at Markham The Glen on Thursday, September 5.
Five suspects entered the shopping centre at around 9.45am and proceeded to Markham where staff were held at gunpoint. The suspects fled with cell phones. No Shots were fired and no-one was injured.
The SAPS are investigating the incident.
“Security remains a priority at The Glen and we are proactively working with the SAPS to identify criminal activity,” added management.
