eWallet lessons at Eikenhof Women’s Institute

“Senior citizens are an easy target when drawing cash from an ATM. Be safe and look into acquiring an eWallet,” advised Manesh.

MEMBERS of Eikenhof Women’s Institute enjoyed an informative morning at their May meeting when Manesh Nagar explained to them how an eWallet works.

“It’s a really easy, affordable and safe way of transferring money to anyone. You can get the App for your cell phone from your bank and you’ll then be able to transfer money immediately and the recipient will receive an SMS after receiving the eWallet.

“Senior citizens are an easy target when drawing cash from an ATM. Be safe and look into acquiring an eWallet,” advised Manesh.

At the meeting, WI member Sue Atkinson was awarded her 10-year certificate for attending meetings.

CONGRATULATIONS: Sue Atkinson received her 10 year award certificate.

“Ten years already, where have the years gone,” she exclaimed as she welcomed the certificate.

The next WI meeting will be held on June 13 in the hall of St Andrew’s Church in Burger Street, Suiderord, at 9.30am. “We welcome visitors with a view to joining us. Come along and see what we are all about,” added Eikenhof WI’s president, Joy Boswell. Phone her on 084 526 5857 for more information.
