Two houses robbed in Glenvista Ext 3

The four suspects managed to escape with the stolen possessions.

AT about 11am on Tuesday, May 29, two homes, directly next door to each other on Donington Drive, Glenvista Ext 3, were broken into by four suspects.

Two suspects went into one home and two into the other. In one of the homes a 19-year-old boy was sleeping when the suspects broke in. The boy’s mother said, “They threw a blanket over him when he disturbed so he couldn’t see anything. They stole electronic equipment, shoes and other valuables. We still have to check what else.”

According to the neighbour his domestic worker was slapped in the face before the suspects made off with valuables.

Sgt M Masengemu, Constable E Mnguni and other members of Mondeor SAPS attended the crime scene.

The four suspects managed to escape with the stolen possessions.
