Fire station visit for Grade R’s

Certainly a day where memories were made.

ON November 10 the Grade R’s from Grace Trinity School for Girls visited the Kibler Park Fire Station in Mayfield Park.

The little ones enjoyed an educational talk from Firefighter Jeff, learning all about fire safety and emergency services.

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY: Inside an emergency vehicle, Firefighter Jeff explains the workings of it.

The girls and their teachers braved the fireman pole, but the highlight of the day was being sprayed with the big red hose! Certainly a day where memories were made.

LOOK AT ME: Harlow Mans all dressed up in the firefighting gear.
DO IT THIS WAY: Firefighter Jeff helps Riley Brooks on with the firefighting helmet.
THIS IS WHAT WE WEAR: Firefighter Jeff shows the little girls the firefighting uniform.
