Bokmakierie Nursery School children dazzle for their concert

LITTLE superstars at Bokmakierie Nursery School in Mondeor outdid themselves in the final dress rehearsal held at the school on October 23.

WATCH:

The nursery school was buzzing with excitement as the little ones were got ready for their final dress rehearsal leading up to its three-day concert from October 25 to October 27.

WATCH:

All the classes performed their own little musical with amazing props, costumes, make-up and music. There were many different parts to the concert. Some of the skits were from various children’s movies including Storks, Shrek, Trolls, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Grease or from some music videos like Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Some performed a nativity scene, a ballet scene or some old school songs.

WATCH:

CHIPMUNK: Boys and girls were chipmunks from the movie.
GINGERBREAD MAN: One of the Shrek scenes.
BEAUTIFUL: There were even some ballerinas on stage dancing to “You raised me up”.
PIANO: Some were guitar players, piano players and dancers.
NATIVITY: May and Joseph are surrounded by the angels during the nativity scene.
JUICY WIGGLE: Props were done according to the classes theme. Juicy Wiggle is from Alvin and the Chipmunks and learners were dressed accordingly.
THRILLER: The Zombies from Michael Jackson’s Thriller.
TROLLS: The learners were dressed colorfully like Trolls from the movie and danced to the song.
SHREK: The learners were all dressed up in their costumes from the movie Shrek.
GREASE: Bokmakierie even did some old school songs from Grease.
TIME WARP: The children dong the time warp.
