Businesses successfully network

SOJO recently held a Business Network Breakfast at Gold Reef City which outlined the power of networking

SOJO Business and Tourism recently held a Business Network Breakfast at Gold Reef City that saw several business owners from the South gather to network.

HOSPITALITY: Gold Reef City representatives made sure the breakfast was in order.

The breakfast was held on June 8 and was certainly a success as many businessmen and women came together to keep the South united. Various speakers spoke about the different sides of the business world. Honoured guests sitting at ten tables had to place their business card in a bowl in the centre of the table. If their card was picked they got the opportunity to elaborate on their business.

BREAKFAST: Honoured guests enjoying a buffet-style breakfast offered by Gold Reef City.

Guests were welcomed with a steamy cup of coffee, tea, cappuccino or whatever suited their taste buds. After the presentations and talks, the guests were served a delicious plate of breakfast – buffet style.

NETWORKING: Jeannine Treyvellan (SOJO Business and Tourism), Robyn Keyes (Kewl Brews), Nicky Vakalousdis (CEO SOJO Business and Tourism), Colin van der Watt (co-owner of Live Happy Magazine), Liz van der Watt (co-owner of Live Happy Magazine), Kim Nixon (Live Happy Magazine), Raj Naidoo (Water King), Caesar Mathebula (MiWay Insurance), Sheldon Stuurman (Financial Manager at Gold Reef City).
