A STELLAR lineup of illustrious local artists has been confirmed for the first-ever Reconciliation Festival set to rock Carnival City’s Festival Lawns on Saturday, December 3.
Headlining this festive outdoor event is musical trio, Afro Soul, comprising multiple award-winning Zonke Dikana, Lira and Zahara. Fans will also be treated to performances by top South African house band MiCasa, as well as rising stars including Amanda Black, Sjava, Rabs Vhafuwi, Smanga and many more.
The open air, family-styled event promises something special for guests who are invited to languish under summer skies in a relaxed setting while savouring a spectacular fusion of local music. The sprawling Festival Lawns will feature a dedicated children’s zone with activities and entertainment. Food and refreshments will be on sale.
The festivities kick off at 10:00. Tickets are available at Computicket, Shoprite, Checkers and House & Home. Ticket prices are R200 per person (general), R350 (golden circle), R800 VIP and R150 (children).
“We are excited to confirm the lineup for the inaugural Reconciliation Festival at Carnival City. This event is for the whole family and we encourage parents to bring their children for an afternoon of authentic South African entertainment by some of South Africa’s foremost artists,” said Richard Ramudzuli, of Thikho Events Management.
