Success at charity race day

The lucky draw prizes for the guests made the day fun and exciting

SOJO and Rotary would like to thank those who attended the Charity Race Day on Saturday, May 7.

We also thank and appreciate your generous contribution towards this event where we were able to donate a third of the profits to the United Cerebral Palsy Association.

The lucky draw prizes for the guests made the day fun and exciting. The raffle for a goody filled wheelbarrow and the auction of the autographed Lions jersey also contributed funds to the charities involved.

We thank all our sponsors below:

*Phumelela Gaming and Leisure sponsored the venue, valued at R16 000, and R100 betting vouchers for each table.

*Gold Reef City Casino bought two tables and sponsored eight prizes valued at R15 000. They also bid and won the Lion rugby jersey for R3500.

*Sinzinani Spa sponsored two spa vouchers valued at R1000.
