40 Ferraris on display at Champions Day

Get up close and personal with this dream car this Saturday.

Win a trip in one of the Ferraris on Champions Day, which will take place this coming Saturday, April 30 at Turffontein Racecourse.

This Saturday at Turffontein will excite even the most die-hard of motorheads. In addition to exhilarating horse racing and an Intercontinental Village day taking place, there will also be an exhibition of over 40 Ferraris. This display will be hosted by the Southern Equatorial Ferrari Automobili Club (SEFAC), the official title of the Ferrari Club of South Africa, one of the oldest Ferrari Owners’ Clubs in the world.

Racegoers on the day will stand a chance to win a Ferrari experience around Turffontein and will go into the draw to win a VIP experience at the Kyalami Ferrari Day on July 23. This main prize includes lunch for the lucky winner and partner as well as VIP access to the pit area throughout the day, an area usually restricted only to owners. The winner will experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as the passenger in a Ferrari 360 Challenge race car driven by Jackie Scheckter, nephew of South African Formula 1 World Champion Jody. The prize also includes Ferrari-branded apparel and access to more than 200 of the finest automobiles in the world. Please note that no persons under the age of 18 years may enter.

There will also be a raffle on course on Saturday to win a Ferrari hamper to the value of R10 000. Go to the ‘Racing. It’s a Rush’ activation area to enter.
