Fun Day at Mulbarton Primary School

On Saturday November 1, Mulbarton Primary School held its annual fundraising Fun Day.

MULBARTON – The day began overcast but nothing could dampen the enthusiasm of the children and their families as they enjoyed all the fun activities. By 11:00 the sun was out and the water slides were being enjoyed.

A big hit with everyone was the NAC flight simulator, courtesy of National Aerospace Centre and Wits University, and manned by Robert Malan. One of the parents of the school, Sagren Govender, arranged to have the simulator for the Fun Day.

The talent show was enjoyed by many of the children as they entertained the crowd with their singing and dancing.

Delicious food was on sale, and tuck shop organiser, Antoinette Nicholl with assistance from Nicole Martlouw and their “team” made sure no one went hungry!
