CONGRATULATIONS to Marist Brothers Linmeyer on its fantastic achievement of a 100 per cent IEB pass rate.
With 106 IEB candidates, 100 bachelor degree passes, six diploma passes, 94 per cent bachelor degree passes and 168 distinctions, it’s no wonder that principal Gary Norton was smiling from ear to ear on Wednesday, January 3 when some of the matriculants came to the school for their results.
“I’m extremely happy with our results, and congratulations to all our 2017 matriculants for their hard work in achieving such exceptional results,” Norton said.
Cade Peters was the school’s top achiever with seven distinctions and an 87 per cent average, followed by Beatriz Boloto (seven distinctions) and Kishalya Reddy (seven distinctions).
Ashleigh Ho, Tristen Paul, Busisiwe Radebe and Kelly Slater all achieved six distinctions, with Sheldon Duffy, Ruby Pataco and Lyle Robson getting five distinctions each.
Boasting four distinctions each were Sune Liebenberg, Katia Lopes, Katlego Mabuz, David Mai, Helen Moussouris, Caitlin Muller, Leolin Pillay and Jadyn van den Heuvel.
