WATCH: Baseline family Church hosts carols evening

The atmosphere was filled with love and warmth as the celebration of Christmas draws near.

BASELINE Family Church hosted a carols evening for families, friends and members of the community on December 10 at the church on 25 Pieter Acroyd Avenue in Bassonia.

WATCH:

The family of believers was led by the humble pastors Jessie and Martin Botma who made the evening warm and cozy for all who attended.

WATCH:

Despite the cold weather, the carols evening was held outside on the hill with a spectacular view of Comaro and some of the Johannesburg skyline. A projector screen, speakers and chairs were set up for all who attended. Everyone was given their own candles to hold and sang along to the Christmas carols.

ON A HILL: The church was definitely a light on a hill when the carols began.

When the carols had concluded it started to rain and everyone was invited into the church for a hot cup of tea or coffee. The atmosphere was filled with love and warmth as the celebration of Christmas draws near.

CROSS: The cross was lit up and the projector was on.
LIGHT: Everyone was filled with Christmas cheer as they gathered to sing Christmas carols and celebrate the birth of Jesus.
SWEET: Everyone joined in on the carols.
LOVELY: Everyone held their candles and sang along to the carols.
CANDLE: Everyone was given candles.
