Fatal shooting in Suideroord

A MAN was shot in the car park of McDonald’s Columbine, Suideroord on October 11 at about 11pm.

According to Captain Dube from Mondeor Police Station, the man was sitting in his white Mercedes C63 motor vehicle when he was approached by two unknown men who demanded his car.

The victim was shot in the neck and was then pulled out of his vehicle. The suspects ran away towards Kliprivier Drive.

Emergency services arrived at the scene and took the victim to hospital where he was certified dead.

Mondeor SAPS are investigating a case of murder and are appealing to the community to assist with any information which may help them to apprehend the suspects. Please phone Mondeor Police Station on 011 433 5400 or 0800 10111 if you can assist.
