JOHANNESBURG SPCA is holding its 113th annual general meeting in the boardroom at its premises at 5 Benray Road, Reuven on Saturday, July 16 at 10:00.
On the agenda of this annual general meeting will be:
1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.
2. To adopt the minutes of the 112th annual general meeting held on 18 July 2015 and consider matters arising from those minutes.
3. To receive the chairperson’s review of the society’s affairs for the past 12 months ended this year on March 31.
4. To receive and consider the auditor’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31.
5. To nominate and elect no less than five and not more than 10 members to the board of directors.
6. To appoint auditors to the society for the ensuing year.
7. To consider any other business as may be transacted at an annual general meeting.
