Handling a crime scene

A DNA meeting was held to educate the public and various security companies about how a crime scene should and should not be handled.

THE Mondeor Community Policing Forum (CPF) in collaboration with the DNA Project recently held another DNA meeting at Mondeor Primary School with the aim to educate the public and various security companies about how a crime scene should and should not be handled.

Guest speaker David Swanepoel advised members of the Moffatview CPF Sector Two, Booysens CPF Sector One, Mondeor CPF Section One, Two, Three as well as SOS Protection how important it is to ensure the correct procedures are followed when on any crime scene.

Michelle Pelser, chairperson of the Mondeor CPF, said: “I would like to thank DNA Project for their support in trying to help educate the public and community about what should and shouldn’t be done on a crime scene. I really hope to have more workshops in the near future.”
