A NUMBER of schools in Joburg South have been collecting water to help communities which are without.

Up until now, these are the local schools who have collected water: Randeor School (Winchester Hills), Harvest Christian School (Mulbarton), Waterstone College (Kibler Park), Marist Brothers (Linmeyer), Mondeor Primary School (Mondeor), Besa Learning Academy (Eikenhof) and Hartford College (Mondeor).

CPF Mondeor Precinct would like to encourage schools in Joburg South to collect five litre sealed water bottles, not tap water or borehole water. “We will make sure it gets delivered to the drought stricken areas through Operation Hydrate,” said Michelle Pelser, chairperson of CPF Mondeor Precinct.

If you would like to collect water please contact Michelle on 084 292 9144.
