Interestingly, they noted that there were property searches spanning across the various suburbs and for a range of different prices, which indicated that there is a good level of interest in the market. The reasons for the popularity of properties also varied from security features to surrounding amenities.

  9. Musgrave (R1.9 million)
  10. Kingsburgh (R972 500)
