Khutsong TV launches first short film – Day 1

Khutsong TV, a new local film crew, has just released a short film, titled ‘Day One’. The film, which was shot in Batswaneneg section, features up and coming local actors. It is based on social issues that affect the community of
Khutsong, like electricity and water problems that often give rise to tragic incidents. The movie is now available on DVD and a viewing of the film will take place in Khutsong. The crew is also planning to host a screening of the film and a local film festival involving other filmmakers from the Merafong area so as to promote local content in the community.
