CJ learner excelling in Face of Gauteng Schools pageant
She is keeping our area's name high.
The 17-year-old Melanie Fuzani, who is currently holding the title of Miss Teen Carletonville and Face of Carletonville, is continuing with her quest in fulfilling her dream of being a well-recognised model.
She has qualified as a quarter finalist of Face of Gauteng Schools and she will be representing Carleton Jones High School as well as the town of Carletonville.
Her task is to raise a maximum of 200 votes before the end of August. “When voting one must use the reference number below, which is 241, by depositing money to the account underneath the picture and voters should not forget to send proof of payment,” she explained.
The Grade 10 rising star from Carletonville registered for the competition hoping that the community will help her reach the stage to be a semi-finalist as it will lead her to being a finalist. “It would mean a lot to me to win, especially while representing my school and my hometown at the beauty pageant,” Fuzani expressed. She also mentioned that she feels grateful and she will appreciate the community’s assistance with their votes that are required to help her become a semi-finalist.
